Tom Gallo is a senior executive with over two decades of experience and currently leads corporate strategy, M&A, and sustainability at ABM Industries. He is responsible for setting the company’s long-term strategic direction and building the frameworks that translate vision into execution across a complex, distributed enterprise. His work integrates strategy development, capital deployment, sustainability, and innovation under a unified approach that drives enterprise value and scalable growth.

Tom’s earlier roles in operations and finance provide a strong foundation for his enterprise leadership. He previously served a decade in operations, most recently as Regional Vice President overseeing multi-state P&Ls and large unionized teams, and as Treasurer, where he managed ABM’s capital structure and led major financing and acquisition efforts. This combination of frontline and corporate experience enables him to align strategic priorities with operational and financial discipline.

Tom holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Economics from Villanova University.
